I don't really know what to blog about so lets just talk about stereotyping. Ah yes, the sensitive subject which no one wants to talk about. Well, its actually happening on a daily basis but I guess no one can really talk about it in the open or someone's going to end up behind bars. Well, its true. According to law, someone who mentions something that might disrupt the peace that we have in this country may be eligible to go behind bars. Just imagine if they had a long queue for people entering prison.
Prison Warden: Killed family. Okay. Enter room 12B. Its the first room after the first turn. NEXT!Prisoner B: Afternoon Sir.Prison Warden: Afternoon. Documents please. Let me them. (Takes documents) Arsonist. Burned down 5 cars. Not bad. Okay. Enter room 56C. Level 5. Exit to the right. NEXT!Prisoner C: Here you go.Prison Warden: So rude. Deserves you right for coming here. Let me see. Made harsh criticism about Malay Community. Made fun of the Chinese Boys. Insulted the Indians. Wow. That's very bad of you. Your race sir.Prisoner C: Others Sir.Prison Warden: No wonder.Let me just get this straight. There is a reason why there is an
'Others. Please specify' section for the races. Just imagine if there wasn't.

And the list will just go on and on and people will take forever to fill up the blanks. And best this is, we live in such a harmonious country that people don't stick to their own race. So lets see what we have came up with.
Chinese + Indian = ChindianMalay + Chinese = ManeseIndian + Malay = IndilayThat's like just a few combo. So what if you got the more complicated ones.
Chinese + Sinhalese = ChinhaleseMalay + Ducth = MacthIndian + Caucasian = IndisianSo I guess its justified enough that the 'others' should just stay. I do have friends who feel offended that they have to put 'others' as their race but they can't help it. And the best thing is, they don't know what's their race.
Boy A to Hafez: Hi, what's your race.Hafez: I'm Malay.Boy A to Boy C: Hi, what's your race.Boy C: Oh. My father's Chinese, my mum is Dutch, then my grandfather is Eurasian and my nenek is Malay so what does that make me? I don't really know. Now now. Ain't that complicated. So I don't really know where stereotypes come in here but yeah, I'll talk about it some other time.
