After months of 'quitting' my job, i went back to the same old place which has so many fond memories attached to it. Im working at Tanglin Mall's Delifrance. Tanglin Mall is not situated at Tanglin for God's sake for those who assume it is.
I can name you the staff and managers there now. Kak Asnida (manager) Khai (ast Manager) Sheila (ast manager) Ab, Fadilah, Khai, Pinky, Auntie Lilian, Mdm Lims (yes theres two of them) Auntie Annie and.. i think that's about it. Oh ya, and the baker of course! Valen if thats how you spell it. People call him Ah How or something. I call him violent. Sorry if i missed your name, i cant remember nuts!
Its really like a 'kampung Melayu' cause practically it is infested with Malays and also the other chinese crew members too can speak very fluent Malay. So it should be called DeliMelayu or something to suit the scenario. Working there is fun! Very fun! i swear each day its like you get to work with your friends who you have known for years but in fact you only have known them for less than a month!
The one interesting part is the secret message than we have made there. Its in Malay like duh cause the 'national language' there is Malay. Let me share it with you now.
