This my friend is
Optimus Prime. Yes, the leader of the
Autobots. Protectors of Earth? Well, I guess so. Watched the yesterday with the girlfriend and my take on it, one movie you should watch before you die. Like really! I'll break the story to make it simpler to understand.
There's this place called
Cybertron where all the robots live and there's this thing called the
Cube, most probably the most powerful thing there is. Source of power I'm assuming. So a battle occurred between the robots,
Autobots (the Good Guys) and
Decepticons (the Bad Guys). One was to protect while the other, well obviously to Destroy.
So blah blah blah, the
Cube fell onto Earth and the person who accidentally made this discovery was this old dude who also accidentally triggered
Megatron's navigational system and blah blah blah the position of the
Cube was encrypted on the old dude's glasses. Got it? So present time, this guy called Sam has his Grandfathers glasses and that my friend is also the map to find the bloody
Cube. So cut story short, the
Decepticons are already on Earth trying to find the glasses while the
Autobots are trying to destroy it before it falls into the hands of the bad guys. So what happens in the end? Good question, you will have to watch it to find out. I already laid out abit of the storyline. If all fails, go Wiki the movie. You might find spoilers in it if you're lucky enough.
So now the question is, to watch or not to watch?
